There are many reasons why Windows 7 version is sought after by technology enthusiasts to affirm that Microsoft has come through with a stable computing platform including, decent hardware requirements and a hardened security model.

I have been running Windows 7 on my laptop for over a month, installed all the applications I would normally use including, iTunes, Office, Firefox, Mozy and they all worked fine, without any compatibility settings or other similar malfunctions. Windows 7 is able to run Firefox, iTunes, Word and Photoshop simultaneously, with decent speed on just 1GB of DDR2 RAM and a 2,2Ghz AMD Turion 62 single core processor. The visual effects appear fluid on a two year old ATi X200M graphics chipset with just 64MB of RAM. Besides what Microsoft did under the hood by optimizing the code to run faster is simply amazing.
A very important aspect for Windows users, security, has been given top priority in several ways and improved in Windows 7. The UAC (User Access Control) dialogs are less frequent and not so annoying, executables are scanned for digital signatures of their vendor and you are notified about files downloaded from the internet as well as an improved firewall and notification center. The DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is enabled by default, we still have the KPP (Kernel Patch Protection) and a significantly improved Auto-run in Win 7. Also, the privilege level of your account is not rooted with passwords which would grant you unlimited access to system resources. Additionally, all start up items that access critical system areas are also required to be manually approved via an UAC prompt to affect changes that may affect system integrity and security.
The Win 7 has the most advanced and usable UI including, the taskbar. You have quick access to commonly used applications, for instance, finding the window you are looking for with Quick Look, a streamlined notification area which is clean yet retains usability and instant search from the Start menu. It is evident that the engineers have dedicated a significant amount of time to securing the operating system.
Windows 7 from a Windows XP viewpoint is an incredible upgrade including, performance, stability, security along with an incredible selection of hardware and software. Finally, the price is (free until June next year), a bonus from Microsoft.

The most prominent feature of Windows 7 is that it has multi-touch advantage that has got me super excited about the software. It gives the users an increasing degree of ability, for instance increasing their access to harder apps to unlock several apps to the maximum level the user can achieve according their preferences. I was so fascinated by Windows 7 to the point that I’ve bought a HP TouchSmart PC last week and will be running Windows 7 Beta 1 as my primary OS. I have had fair success blogging about technology and it made sense to write about Windows 7 and focus on the features and present a comprehensive list of pros and cons.

There are several articles that are out about Windows 7 and even most reviews are pre-judged assimilation’s of users who have already decided what they think of Windows 7 even before trying it out. This means that in most cases they do not really review the actual Windows 7 OS and how it affects, improves or deteriorates their computing experience. Windows 7 offers many new features that make it worth the upgrade since one of the most useful of these features is the new taskbar, which is totally different from anything you have used in previous versions of Windows.
The Win7 taskbar includes buttons ( icons—no text) that are not just for running applications and documents but also for your favorite applications. A Win 7 taskbar icon can represent a currently open window, a group of open windows (multiple documents for the same applications) or a shortcut to a program that isn’t currently running.
My aim is to help you figure out whether Windows 7 would work for you especially, to help you out with what software works well on Windows 7 and what you should get. My blog is updated on news and other updates on Windows 7 regularly. The main idea is to write timeless material or at least material that is timeless during Windows 7′s lifespan which I can vouch that Windows 7 will be there for a long, long time until Microsoft comes up with another upgraded version of Windows 7 app. Three cheers to Windows 7 multi-touch advantage.
I wish to provide all necessary information about Windows 7 including, videos, reviews and all the information to help you make a good decision on whether or not you should purchase Windows 7 and to make the most of it after you have purchased it. My sincere thanks for visiting my site and let me know of any way in which I can do a better job in accentuating Windows 7 app.

At the moment Windows 7 development team is using all its expertise to present a slightly improved version of Windows app. This app was code named Windows 7 where the builds were versioned at 7.0 as it broke compatibility for too many apps and drivers, which reflects on the level of compatibility that should be expected by pre-existing software. It was left untouched intentionally so that the existing vista based installers will install under Windows 7.
The sales prospects predict that Windows 7 might end up being Microsoft’s most successful Operating System whenever the final version of Windows 7 is shipped globally. The elusive Windows 7 available on the Net. It has been reported by NY Times. Although it is not supposed to be available till August, the first one to make it available to the curious was a Chinese site. People who are ready for the pirated versions can get it from several sites.
The Windows RTM build 7600.16385 was available with the Bit Torrent Tracking site Mininova.org for the past one week, it was revealed.
The first version to appear on this site was a 64 bit Chinese version and subsequently the 32 bit and 64 bit English versions also appeared. It is also available in several other languages.
It is evident that Microsoft has not been able to plug these leaks and it has been a recurring feature with the Windows 7 from its several stages.
As per the official program of Microsoft those who subscribe to MSDN and TechNet services which includes developers, professionals will be the first to have a go on Aug 6. But 5000 pirated copies have already been downloaded from the Chinese site already. Hardcore Microsoft followers who have preordered will however have to brace themselves till October 22 arrives.
