When you are working in Mozilla Firefox 3.5 you may not feel the necessity of the tab bar when you need only a single web page.
If you want to remove the tab bar if it is cramping your space then you can follow this procedure.
Select the “Tools” option in the main display.
Then select “Options”
In the pop up that appears go to the option of “Always Show the Tab bar” and “Uncheck” it and then click on “OK”.
The default selection of Firefox 3.5 is to display the “Tab Bar” . If you want to go back to displaying the “Tab Bar” you can go back to the “Option” and “Check” the “Option” of “Always Show the Tab Bar” again and viola the tab bar appears.
